In 2022, we launched our business. Johnny had gone Kokanee fishing with some friends, and upon his return, he showed me the tackle he had used. I (Jessica) mentioned that I could create something similar, so we purchased some blanks. I cut the tape and customized the Dodgers. After Johnny had great success fishing with the tackle, his friends asked if I could make some for them too, and that’s how it all began.  We started with creating our social media platforms and quickly gained recognition. Our first store was Auburn Outboard Marine in Penryn, CA. We are currently in 15 store locations across California and Washington.

Family owned and operated by “Power Couple” Jessica and Johnny. Our Pro-Staff team consists of experienced fishermen who are passionate about sharing their knowledge with others. We're always here to answer your questions and help you find the perfect gear for your next adventure.

At J & J Tackle Company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality tackle that performs! Our passion for the outdoors is what inspired us to establish this business, and we're proud to offer an extensive selection of double-sided Dodgers, Jets, Spoons and Flashers for trolling. Our tackle targets Kokanee Salmon, King Salmon, Trout, Halibut & Striper Bass.  We also carry Lure Safe’s and SWAG.
